The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them wherever they appear in these Terms:

To register and maintain an Account on ZG888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
🔞 Age Restriction: ZG888 is strictly an adults-only platform. Providing false information regarding your age or identity during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. ZG888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of under-age access and to report such incidents to relevant authorities.
ZG888 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users are particularly advised that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and must independently satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation. Being 18 years of age or older does not by itself make online gambling lawful in Pakistan.
Each user is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate, linked or associated accounts — whether in the same name, with the same payment method, device fingerprint or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance or bonus funds held within all associated accounts.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information updated at all times. ZG888 may at any point request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration details. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ZG888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ZG888 support immediately via the channels described in Section 18 of these Terms.
ZG888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for the purposes of identity confirmation, age verification, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. KYC may be triggered at any point, including before or after a withdrawal request is submitted.
Acceptable identity documents may include, but are not limited to, any of the following valid, government-issued documents:
Proof of address documentation (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement) may also be required where the operator deems it necessary.
Strict Prohibition: You must never alter, obscure, crop, edit or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of tampered or fraudulent identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. ZG888 reserves the right to permanently close any Account where document fraud is detected and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
All identity documents must be submitted exclusively through ZG888's secure HTTPS verification flow. You must not transmit sensitive personal documents via unsecured email, third-party messaging applications or any channel not expressly designated by ZG888 for this purpose.
ZG888 accepts deposits through payment methods made available within the Platform's cashier section. The range of available methods may vary over time and by user location. Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as familiar Pakistani payment references for user context only. ZG888 does not claim endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any of these providers in connection with gambling activities.
Note on Cryptocurrency Deposits: Where cryptocurrency deposits are conditionally available, they are accepted subject to network confirmation requirements. PKR-equivalent values are indicative only and may differ due to cryptocurrency price volatility. ZG888 makes no representation as to the legal status of cryptocurrency use in Pakistan.

ZG888 aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. In the first instance, disputes should be raised with ZG888 support through the channels set out in Section 18. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal means, it may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent changes took effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any change, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
